TI USB Interface Adapter Not Working In My Windows 10 Laptop

I am not sure I am posting my question in correct forum. Please apologies me If I posted my question in a wrong forum. I am using TI USB Interface Adapter with USB Adapter Driver.dll. Its working fine on my windows XP machine but not working on any Windows 10 operating system. I can see its detecting as Human interface device in my Device Manager on both Windws 10 and Xp. But the dll functions and supported applicaions are not working in my Windows 10 system
