lmh0341 LVDS output can not be sampled SAV and EAV signal when the auxiliary zone data of input signal are zero

Now ,out products are broadcasting monitor , SDI input usd   lmh0341+lmh0344 chips. now end customers feedback our monitor  have no pattern when the auxiliary zone data of  input SDI signal is full zero, then other zone signal  are normal  ,such as  video ,SAV,EAV etc.  we have studied the question ,and found in the abnormal state ,lmh0341 output LVDS singal can not  decoded valid SAV,EAV signal, so result in having no pattern. but using  same  input signal , other monitor with GS2971+GS2974 solution can normally work , so help give some support ,thanks a lot.
