Analog LaunchPAD would not recognize DS90UB926

We have DS90UB925 and DS90UB926 eval board sets.  We installed virtual XP in Window 10 PC.  We use Analog LaunchPAD talk to DS90UB925 without any issue.  But Analog LaunchPAD can't recognize DS90UB926 at all.  It makes no sense to us.

Please help.
