What should I do when TUSB7320 does not recognize a usb device?

Hi Champs,

I'm evaluating TUSB7320 through KeyStone2 PCIe I/F on linux and I am facing a problem that TUSB7320 does not recognize a USB device when I insert it into a USB port of TUSB7320. In case I insert it before power-on TUSB7320 can recognize the USB device.

So, could you please give me some advice what I should check.
I'm sorry but I'm a beginner at TUB7320 and USB3.0.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,
A couple of questions:
1) Have you tried with different USB devices?
2) When the USB device is NOT detected, is the TUSB7340 detected by the OS?
3) Have you tried with the latest kernel? What is the kernel version you are using?
4) Can you get some failure logs?
5) Do you have the schematics?
