Hi all

Would you mind if we ask AM26LV32E?

Could you let us know about terminal processing of unuse receive input(XA and XB)?
Which is the correct?

<Pattern1>
-XA and XB : Open

<Pattern2>
-XA : Pull up High
-XB : Pull down Low

We guess that both is OK, however in the view of the failsafe, is <Pattern2> ‎preferable?

Hirotaka san,

Pattern A is fine. The AM26LV32E has an internal pull up and down on A and B ports so open input will provide a high output.
Pattern B uses a little more supply current but it is also fine.
