Hi,

I Cannot get the evaluation board of the DS125DF1610  to function properly.

When connecting the USB cable, I get a hardware connected, however a wrong PN is displayed, and the system freezes.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Yuval,

    The DS125DF1610 ALP GUI profile does not currently support the use of the USB2ANY hardware. The ALP dongle hardware (an adapter card that is typically included as part of the DS125DF1610 EVM kit)  is relied upon for i2C communication to the DS125DF1610 with the ALP GUI software.

    Alternatively, TI has released a new sofware GUI called SigCon Architect for use in evaluation of signal conditioning devices. SigCon Architect uses USB2ANY as the hardware interface for communication. Moreover, TI has released DS125DF1610 SigCon Architect GUI profle.

    The SigCon Architect framework can be downloaded via TI.com:

    I will arrange for getting the DS125DF1610 SigCon Architect GUI profile to you. Note that I received a separate request fom our FAE via TI email regarding this same issue, so the FAE will follow up with you regarding the DS125DF1610 GUI profile.
