TTL Panel error with TFP401

I've been working on 6.2" TTL Panel drive from HDMI video input.

When I take out the HDMI video input, I expect the Panel display status is black, but the abnormal screen appeared.

I checked the TFP401's SCDT output(High, Low) according to DE input(High, Low) is normal.

I need the reference schematic of TFP401.
