Analog Launchpad does not start when DS90UB949 Eval Board is connected

I've issues to get the Analog Launchpad started while the Eval board is connected, it ends up in a non ending loading loop. I've updated the USB I/F drivers so that the board appears as "Cypress EZ-USB Example Device (3.4.5.000)". The demo mode of the Analog Launchpad SW works fine, but I can also not open the USB2ANY/xxx window to change the profile in demo mode.

I'm trying to run the Analog Launchpad with Win7 x64 system.
