Hello Team,

I am trying to use TLK10031 connect to FPGA using XAUI and drive the 10GB copper cable.

Does TLK10031 works with 10GB Cat6 or Cat5 Ethernet cable?

I have looked at the datasheet but cannot find any information about it.

Hi Yiding,

Cat5/6 fits the requirements to work in 10GBASE-T, unfortunatelly, TLK10031 is not compliant with 10GBASE-T. But if you provide more information about your application we could give you a better feedback.
