My customer asked me as below questions.
1.Whether there is a change for such metal layer,
Is the difference of it screening (frequency range) or such as masking of function only?
Or physical differences are not?
If there is a change, what degree of difference.
2.If they are physical differences,
Whether the difference is in the noise level (radiation-terminal voltage)?
