My customer is evaluating TPS65982 with Alpine Ridge for his next PC model.
He wants to confirm TPS65982 function with "thunderbolt3 devices" but couldn't find the product available for purchase on the web.
Do you know thunderbolt3 devices that is available now?

Yes, TPS65982 = Thunderbolt3 support.

Thunderbolt 3 = 2lanes at 20Gbps data rate. Type-C is a unique connector that can achieve these data rates and allows Intel to e-mark their cables to guarantee the data rate is achieved.

So when the TPS65982 says it supports Thunderbolt (TM) & is designed for Type-C ports, we imply Thunderbolt 3.
