I am not quite sure that I understand your request. Are you looking for a fiber SFP module based on the DP83867?

Actually looking for a copper SFP module (Gigabit only).

We don't have a copper SFP module. We do have an evaluation module for the DP83867E at:
www.ti.com/.../dp83867ergz-r-evm
