CSI-2 to LVDS and LVDS to CSI-2 over Twisted Pair

Hello,

I am looking for interface chips that can do MIPI CSI 2 to serial LVDS and the other way round.

The LVDS signal has to be coded such that it can be transmitted via a twisted pair over 15 meters.

Are there any products active or in planing, which solve this technical challenge?
