I would like you to confrim whehter "Link Detect" bit(Add 0x0C[0] of serializer) will be de-asserted in following case or not.
* When user set "BC Enable" to "Disable".
According to following E2E thread, "Link detect" bit means not only cable connection but also detect presence of the back channel.

So, could you please confirm whether "Link Detect" bit will be de-asserted above case or not ?
