Hi All

One of customers transmitted the message and used two step mode by IPV4 UDP ,where MCU was STM32. If customer just insert the time-stamp in the transmit register and receive register, how to configure the DP83640?

Hi Ted,

For DP83640 timestamp insertion you can use register 0x1C (TS_INSERT) and register 0x1D (IPV4_UDP_MOD). There is additional info about PTP and Timestamping on the product page located here: www.ti.com/.../technicaldocuments
