Hey team,

Are there any heat sink recommendations for the DS125DF1610? The case my customer is using has a small bump on the top of it, and they are curious if we have any info on an optimal heat sink for the device.

Hi Kareem,

We don't have a specific heat sink design that we recommend customers. The DS125DF1610 datasheet contains a thermal information table with values for the various theta parameters, which the customer may use for thermal analyis and simulation. We also have thermal model available upon request.
