SN75DP130DS: How is current divided for dual-supply?

Team,

I'm working with an SN75DP130DS and was wondering how the current is divided for each supply? Also, are there specific current requirements for VCC and VDDD supplies?

I'm having trouble locating this information in the datasheet. Thank you for the help!

Best Regards,

Benjamin Moore

  • Hi Benjamin,

From datasheet, Vdd is for digital low voltage core and main link.

Vcc is for the rest of the signals that require 3.3V

In datasheet section 7.6 you can see how much current is consumed in different scenarios,

Vcc as a current around ~0.5mA

Vdd is the one that varies depending on the number of lanes being used, so in datasheet Icc is basically Idd in SN75DP130DS.

    Regards
