Thermal information of some IC's



Hai,

I din't find thermal detail( RθJC,RθJA) for following IC's. Please provide me the Thermal details.

    I'm going to move this to the Industrial Interface Forum, where AM26LV31EIPWR is supported. The SN74LVC125APWR is supported out of the Logic Forum, but we'll start with this move. Regardless, either are better than the /etc...Data Converter Forum, where this post ended up.

    However, if you look in the datasheet, the Theta JA (RθJA) is listed for each device. Just open the datasheet pdf and search for "thermal".

    AM26LV31EIPWR - 108°C/W
    SN74LVC125APWR - 113°C/W

    This matches one of our Thermal Modeling databases (SLL) based on the pin count and the package type. According to that, the Theta JC (RθJA), comes out to be:

    AM26LV31EIPWR - 34°C/W
    SN74LVC125APWR - 47°C/W
