 Query regarding TUSB 1310A(USB3.0 Transceiver) POWER_DOWN 0/1 -- Input from USB3.0 Host Controller

1) Whether TUSB1310A supports ( POWER_DOWN 0/1 )P1 to P3, P2 to P3 and P3 to P2 transitions ? ( Note : Valid transitions is not explicitly mentioned in TUSB1310A. 
  USB3.0 Host controller we have chosen mentioned about  above mentioned State transition requests to PHY )

2) If TUSB1310A does not support above mentioned state transitions what can be done for connecting with our selected USB3.0 Host Controller.
