INQUIRY COMMAND PROBLEM ON WIN - 7 M/C - TUSB1210.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB1210

Hi all,

I have placed an FPGA between Motherboard and Pendrive @ USB2.0 interface via Device and Host side TUSB1210.

Now I want to extract the payload from the motherboard, process the data and transfer to the pendrive. Before I could do that I am stuck at a much earlier phase.

My pendrive does enumerate, gets formatted, written, read on WIN-XP machine but does not enumerate on WIN-7 m/c.

When I see on the chipscope, I find that as the INQUIRY command comes from the HOST, pendrive replies using NYET that is transferred to HOST. But then host sends a PING command.

Is sending PING command a normal phenomenoon WIN -7 m/c. Or is it that HOST did not receive the reply in right time from the pendrive VIA FPGA.

Any hint on this will be highly grateful!!!

Regards
