TUSB8041 SMBUS Slave operation

Hi,

I have one design with TUSB8041. I config operation with I2C EEPROM mode. EEPROM is empty content, Hub is working OK.

At now I would like to config with SMBUS slave Mode. I have one concern that SMBUS slave mode, If I do not config for Hub, It will work with default value in register or not.

    Hi,
    I don't clearly understand your question, are you asking if the TUSB8041 will keep the default values when you set it in SMBUS mode and you just don't write anything?
    Also, make sure you "clear" the CFG_ACTIVE bit after you are done with the programming.
