VIH=2.6V (MIN)

VIL=0.8V (MAX)

I measured TMDS171EVM OE pin voltage with 0.1uF cap connected to this pin to GND. I had the following result.

OE pin voltage did not go over 2.25V, would not go over the VIH threshold.

What is the pull up voltage connected through 200kOhm resister inside ?

Hi Kawai-san,

The previous values for Vil and Vih I have provided are from the GPO perspective, these values ensure the device is enabled or disable.

If you are placing the capacitor you don't have to worry about the voltage in OE, it will enable the device after Vcc is stable.

Please allow me to ask you again. I would like to make clear about the requirement.

Our customer is only using 0.1uF cap at the OE pin in their schematic, however, OE pin voltage will rise above VIL=0.8V before 3.3V is stable. I believe this does not meet the power up sequence spec. I will send you their waveform to your email so could you please check ?
