Will you kindly tell me how much is the theta-JC of SN75ALS181NS?
We could not find it in the datasheet.
Our customer wants to know it.

If you have the reference information, could you give us?

There is no model available in the system. I have requested a new model. This is usually completed in 3 to 4 days.

Thermal data for SN75ALS181NSR
Theta JC, top : 33.0 C/W
Theta JB : 35.5 C/W
Psi JT : 6.3 C/W
Psi JB : 35.1 C/W

Psi JT is useful to estimate Tj when Tc and power dissipation is known.
Theta JC is useful to estimate Tj when a good heat-sink is placed firmly on top of the device with thermal grease at the interface.
