For our application it is necessary to ensure that the data being received is correct. For that traditionally we used optocoupler for level translation from 24V to 5V/3.3V and used external forcing logic 1/0 to check the integrity of the channel and basically to detect stuck at faults. Is there a provision to provide an integrity check for the digital input channels where we can check for stuck at failures in the device ?
