Hi Support,

I am having problems finding the “profile” files on the TI website.

I have the GUI “SigCon Architect “ okay, but can’t seem to find the profiles file for :

DSC250DF810 (25G CDR) & DS280BR810 (28G Repeater)

They aren’t in the downloads at:

http://www.ti.com/tool/sigconarchitect

Hi,

To obtain the DS250DF810 and DS80BR810 GUI profiles you can place request using the "Special Note" link on the ti.com product page. You will then be granted access for download via MySecureSW access. I've included below as an example a snapshot of the DS250DF810 product page. See below the "Special Note" in bold, there is a link for "Request full data sheet, IBIS AMI models, and Device GUI profile. Approved users receive email in 1 -2 days."

Customer have requested twice but there is no reply from TI.

Hi Shaun. I think there was hesitation on our side because the customer had sent a request using an "avagotech.com" email address. As you know Avago is a retimer competitor of TI. That said, I know that Avago has spun off their optical product division, selling it to Foxconn. Thus, Foxconn and Avago may no longer be affiliated. Can you provide your work email address and I will message you directly?
