DS90UB928 and DS90UB927 compatibility with ALP software

Hello,

We are using DS90UB928 and DS90UB927 development boards to test the back channel i2c behaviour. The setup is as follows:

1)TI's ALP software v1.54.0010 is used for interface with the windows machine(Windows XP is used in virtual mode).

2)Power supplied to the boards : 3.3V.

3) Aarwark to test local i2c and remote i2c communication.

When we connect the boards to computer, the device information read is wrong and hence not able to confirm on the back channel i2c communication using Aardwark. Please see attachments. Further, we are able to read registers of serializer/deserialiezer in the "Registers" tab but not in the "Remote Registers" tab of ALP. Could you please help us how we can verify the back channel i2c communication with this setup. This is very urgent and request your immediate support.
