Dear Sir 

How could I make sure LSX_R2P / LSX_P2R is UART1 or SBU1/SBU2 

Have any method or register to know what's the status??

    LSX_P2R/LSX_R2P is never mapped to UART1.

    LSX_P2R/LSX_R2P is mapped to SBU1/2 when the TPS65982 is in TBT mode.

    This can be verified by checking TBT_STATUS, Reg. 0x59, bit 0

    AUX_P/AUX_N is mapped to SBU1/2 when the TPS65982 is in DP mode.

    This can be verified by checking DP_STATUS, Reg. 0x58, bit 0

    These registers are documented in the TPS65982/6 FW User's Guide (Appendix A)
