May I know what's different between TPS65982 and PTPS65982

This TBT3's project ,when I use "TPS6598X Configuration Tool" Thunderbolt reference code to program

The system can't workable 

Do you know the reason?? what's tool can I use to compare the code ?

    The "P" indicates that it is a sample, or PRE-PRODUCTION unit.

    Boot Code on PTPS69582 parts can only handle a maximum code size of 56kB (or maybe lower), and the current code size is approaching the maximum (currently 59kB, max = 64kB).

    TPS69582 parts can handle the true maximum code size and values in the datasheet are guaranteed by the production test methods.

    PTPS65982 parts can never be used for mass production by any customer because they were qualified using an earlier test method and datasheet values are not guaranteed across all parameters.
    PTPS65982 are free or discounted samples, and the inventory should be purged by the ODM or Contract Mfg and replaced with TPS65982ABZQZR Production units purchased through the appropriate distribution channels.
