TUSB3210 ROM monitor debug environment

Hi, 
 
We are developing TUSB3210 firmware using EVM.
When performing ROM monitor debug
What RS232C cable type should be used  is it straight cable or cross cable?
 
And what RS232C settings should we use?
Like condition of baud rate, bit, stop bit, and so on.
