Hi Team
TPS65982, do you know OCP/OVP response time? I did not find this data in SPEC.

Kerr,
OVP, OCP, & UVP values are all configurable in FW Settings, therefore they are not in the HW Datasheet.
The TPS6598X FW User's Guide will have details on every situation that is handled by Application Code (FW).
The Voltage values are configurable in the TPS6598X-CONFIG for OVP and UVP, and the OCP value is determined by the Current setting in the PDO Contract negotiated between the PD Source & Sink.
The only timer that is adjustable is PP_EXT OCP Timeout, but I strongly advise you keep this at 10us unless you want to risk burning the PP_EXT NFETs:
PP_HV OCP Timeout is also set to a safe value based on the Max. Current through the switch and not adjustable in the Config Tool.
The only measurements for OCP shown in the datasheet are for "Hard Short" & "Soft Short" on VBUS being sourced from different Power Switches inside the TPS65982 (pages 37-38 for PP_5V0, pages 39-40 for PP_HV, and pages 47-48 for PP_CABLE). In the case of a true short, this is handled mostly by Analog HW, so the response time is graphed from simulations verified by bench measurements. However, this type of test is very long so it could never be run with a significant sample size to include it as an electrical specification.
