TPS65982 Alternate Modes setting

Dear Sir 

My design use TPS65982 + HD3SS3212 for USB3.1 data signal only 

But when I insert a TypeC to HDMI dongle ,It will not show any error message in windows10

Do you have any idea about this issue or I need to disable TPS65982 alternate modes function??

    Billboarding should be functional for Windows 10. Did you disable display port and remove it from the auto entry sequence on the host (your design)? This needs to be done so that your design does not support the display port alternate mode.

    Also, did you make sure to allow billboarding in the configuration settings?
