DS92LV1021 / Failed during the heat cycle test.

Hi all,

Our customers have adopted this device to the new product.
At the shipment test, This device was not able to output in heat cycle.
After that, output did not recover in room temp.
Does this phenomenon will occur frequently?

Hi Nagai,

Can you provide additional details of the heat cycle test? The DS92LV1021 is rated to work at 85C, this is a mature device we do not typically see issues with these devices due to high heat conditions.

Did multiple DS92LV1021 devices fail the heat test, or just a single device?

Thank you for reply.
That's a single device only.
We will try the test later.
We arranged some devices already.
We want to know the frequency of occurrence of the failure due to heat cycle.

Hi Nagai,

I would not expect heat within the recommended operating range to cause a failure. What is the maximum temperature used in the heat cycle test when the device is working?

Hello Lee,

Here is the test condition.
Our customer tried the heat cycle test for 10 cycles to all for shipment.
I guess to not fail at that condition too.
