What are the PD profile it can support?i can use it for 15W source?to boost it up to required ?
All of the default Configurations are listed on page 13 of the TPS65982-EVM User's Guide. Each of these default Configs each has a PD Profile that is similar to the application being emulated by the EVM.
For example, if you want to only be able to source 15W (5V, 3A) you would want to choose the Tablet application, which is Config ID #1.
For the TPS65982-EVM to power up as a "Tablet", you need to push Switch 1 of the SW1 DIP Switch to the right and push Switches 2-4 to the left before you power on the EVM with the DC Barrel Jack.
If you want to change the Config ID# without power cycling the EVM, you can move the DIP Switches on SW1 and push the RESET button, S3.
