TUSB2046B Chirp K/J after Reset (signaling high-speed mode)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB2046B

Hi,

We use the TUSB2046B (without external EEPROM) as a Hub connected to Windows CE.
We have problems with the USB-speed recognition.
The USB trace below shows, that after connection (29280), the USB host (WinCE) sends a rule-consistent chirp J .
The TUSB2046B is actually full-speed, that is, it should not respond to the chirp.
However, I see in the trace a chirp K / J; therefore, the USB host tries later on to communicate with the USB-Hub at high speed.
This results in corrupt packets because the USB-Hub does not understand high speed.

With Windows 7 we do not have problems, only with WinCE.
We found out, that the difference between WinCE and Win7 is, that WinCE sends after suspend mode a reset command, Win7 sends a resume command.
Can you understand the described behaviour and do you have an idea how to prevent the TUSB2046B to sending the K/J Chirps?
You will find the schematic below.

The trace was recorded with a Total Phase Beagle USB SuperSpeed .
