    Hi Kato-san,

    We recently had thermal information simulated for the DS100DF410, DS110DF410, and DS125DF410. The thermals are all the same, since there is no difference in the package, and the silicon design is comparable:

    Note that these numbers may differ from the values of existing thermal coefficients in the datasheet, since these parameters were re-simulated after the most recent datasheet update.
