TUSB2046B NRND replacement?

The TUSB2046BIVFR is shown as NRND.  Looking for a drop-in replacement that will operate -40>85C. I see other LQFP packages, but not for the required TEMP range.  Please suggest a drop-in replacement.  Why is only the Industrial Temp version placed NRND?
