Supporting a customer who is working with a serializer/deserializer pair of parts branded as National Semi parts with part numbers 47A6L7G3 and 46ARY6U respectively shown on the parts. No information appears to be available - anywhere. He is seeking the data sheets for these parts, and an indication if the parts are commercially available. Hoping you can illuminate.

These may have special markings, as I used the Part Marking Lookup: www.ti.com/packaging/docs/partlookup.tsp#divline , it did not indicate a valid part type. Can you provide a schematic of the parts, we may be able to match up the functions with a SERDES device (you can send direct to my email if confidential, but we just need that device, not the entire schematic). Is this the only topside marking? It seems to fit the standard First Line Mfg Information. the G3 is the RoHS status, so this would be a recent (last 5 years) production.

What about any markings on the bottom of the device? Also, a picture might be helpful.
