Does TI have FPD Link to DVI bridge IC?
Is there any solution for this requirement?

I would like to ask if there is FPD Link to ITU_656 or YC_601_8 bridge IC.

Hello,
We have two-chip solution for LVDS-to-DVI, please go to below link.
We also have a device that converts from parallel RGB to ITU_656, the SN65LVDS315

Yes,
You just have to replace the devices on the document with a LVDS Receiver and the TFP410, there are several LVDS receivers(LVDS82 for example), you can look at the below link.
