DS90UB913A external oscillator voltage

Hi,

I wanted to confirm that the voltage applied to the external oscillator feeding into GPO 3 needs to match VDDIO, since GPO3 is an input/output pin. In my case, I will be using 2.8V for VDDIO and 1.8V for VDD. So, I presume the voltage applied to the oscillator should be 2.8V.
