Hi Sir,

Sorry to bother you.

We have use TCA6424A.

Need confirm if VCCP/VCCI is P3V3_S3 (S0)power
When P00~P27 pull high to P3V3 (S5)power, any risk of leakage voltage/current from GPIO S5 power to VCC or SMBUS bus S0 power?

Thank you for the question.

There is a risk of leakage current when pulling the pins higher than VCC (on the order of micro amps), however, there should be no issue if you are only pulling to VCCP.
