I was planning to use the DS100BR111, but routing straight between the SPF+ connector and the DS100BR111 results in a reversed RD+/RD- connection.

Hi natsfr,
The DS100BR111 does not check the +/- polarity of the data going through it. Simply switching the +/- connection at the DS100BR111 INA+/INA- will allow straight routing to the SFP+ connector. On the OUTA+/OUTA- side of the DS100BR111 remember to switch the +/- connection going into the next device to recover the original polarity from the SFP module.
Hope this Helps,
Regards,
Lee
