My customer is using our part and have below technical problem:

  1. Theycan NOT link PCIe Gen3 with TI/DS125BR401ANJYR NVME add-on card, but the other add-on cards are OK
  2. The CTLE of TI/DS125BR401ANJYR NVME add-on card is fail, need our help to program it via BIOS setting

The same add-on card still has problem with their project after fine-tuning TI/DS125BR401ANJYR NVME re-driver signal eye diagram

they found the add-on card can NOT link to PCIe gen3 when do CTLE testing

    Hi Matt,

    It is strange.

    Can you share the PCB and Schmatic design with me by email offline?

    I am not sure how customer tune the EQ settings of our device, if they are using SMBUS salve mode, please make sure that bit3 of register 0x06 has been set as '1', so that this register's value is 0x18 and the settings will take effect.
