My customer currently survey can replace TOSHIBA TP2007F & TP2005F High / Low Side Switch Array, can let me know TPL7407L suitable this case?
if you have best solution, please advise me, thanks.

What is Low Side Driver mean? TPL7407L can application high side driver?

Hello Kuo,

Moving to the Interface forum.

The TPL7407L is a suitable replacement for a low side driver, in this case the TPD2007F.
Unfortunately, it is not a suitable replacement for a high side driver.

In short, a low side driver is typically connected to ground to sink current from the load to ground.
A high side driver is connected to the voltage supply to source current to the load from the source.

As you can see from the diagrams on the datasheet, the high side switch has the drain connected to VCC with the outputs connected to the source.
When you compare this to the low side switch, the source is connected to ground with the outputs connected to the drain.
