I find TI had already release the latest 2.5 version of TPS65983 Configuration Tool Installer

But I cant download it completely ,could you kindly help to double confirm the link??

Hi,

If you have previously accessed the TPS54983 Config tool installer earlier, you should have access to it. Please go to www.ti.com/mysecuresoftware. to see if you have access to the TPS65983 Config tool.

I just tried downloading the package and i am able to do so. Please try again and let us know if you are still having issues.
