Hi,

Customer of mine intend to use TUSB9261.

Attached please find its schematic. Can you help to review it?

Kindly also confirm the unused I/O ports treatment

One more question, this IC is used to interface to SSD depending but it depends on user wants to use or not. In the case SSD not present, would it cause any problem to this IC?

    Hello,
    I have a few comments regarding the schematic:
    1) GPIO4 should be high for self-powered implementation.
    2) VSSOSC shall NOT be connected to PCG GND when using a crystal.
    3) The GND lead of the load capacitors in the Xtal circuit shall be connected to VSSOSC
    4) GRSTZ should NOT be connected directly to VDD33,"A minimum reset duration of 2 ms is required. This is defined as the time when the power supplies are in the recommended operating range to the deassertion of GRSTz."
    5) FREQSEL[1,0] should be tied high.
    6) The crystal frequency should be 40MHz
    7) An external EEPROM is required to store the firmware, it is connected to the TUSB9261 via the SPI interface.

    All of the above is indicated in the datasheet, please review the technical documents at below link.
