Device can not detect on TUSB7340 ports

Hi

We built 6pcs mother board and each board has 2x TUSB7340 under PLX pcie switch. we found a tricky symptom on our mother board.

1pcs: Two TUSB7340 work normal (Location U44 and U45).

2pcs: One TUSB7340 no function*(U45), One TUSB7340 work normally.(U44). *no function mean all ports can not use.

3pcs: One TUSB7340 no function*(U44), One TUSB7340 work normally.(U45). *no function mean all ports can not use.

We check all hardware related signal and no any suspect will lead to this symptom.(Power rail, frequency, power sequence, XRAY, remount new parts.,etc still got the same symptom. All board can detect Two TUSB7340 under Ubuntu Linux 14.04 PPCLE. Seems like something wrong on  USB hub portion.

One thing we found on "no founction" ports is that the waveform(DP/DN) of device plug are different.

Does TI's expert has related experience about this bug?
