About USB3.0's FPGA IP

Please let me know if there reference design, EVM, or tool of FPGA IP for below condition.

・FPGA： Cyclone-4 or Spaltan-6 are the best.

　If there are other, pleaselet me know.

・USB3.0 interface

※I was looking for was not found.

And, is TUSB1310A much solution?
