TLK10031 Bringup Procedure

I'm looking to design some test fixtures for a TLK10031 design, and saw reference to a Bringup Procedure in the datasheet, in table 7-33.

"Test Pattern Selection. Refer to TLK100031 Bringup Procedure (a separate document) for more information."

I couldn't find this available on the website. Does this exist somewhere?
