I using DP83848 eth transceiver on my design, but when I turn off my board then waiting 3s and turn on my board, eth transceiver not started. I must wait about 5s or more to ensure good operating.
When DP83848 not started, PFBOUT voltage is close to 0V instead of 1,8V and clk out is not present. All other signals are OK (powed supply, clock, PHY adresse (00001), reset...).
