Correct. The clock input requirements for the DP83867IR are described in terms of the external components. Table 102 describes the oscillator requirements. Table 103 describes the crystal components.

Do you mean that there is NOT requirement for X_I input itself ?

The main concern is when user input clock from oscillator by using 2.5V or 3.3V, then user need to implement capacitor divider.

Then, this will cause ramp time to become slow. So, if TI define "Rise / Fall Time" spec for "X_I" input itself same as Table 102, user may not satisfy this requirement.

Could you please confirm whether there is requirement for X_I input or not ?

I understood that if user use capacitive divider by using 27pF which is recommended on datasheet, then any problem will not happen.

Do you know input impedance of X_I pin ?
Not necessally the exact value, but roughly. (Ex. Mohm or several hundreds kohm.)
